Gurmeet Choudhary

For Gurmeet Choudhary, fitness is like a religion. His photos and videos on his Instagram account can give everyone major fitness goals. The Geet star may look effortless lean but the reality is that it isn't easy to maintain a steamy body like that. He spends 45 minutes in the gym 6 days a week. His workout consists of weights, squats, lunges and glute kickbacks. He eats every 2 hours and only home cooked food.

Karishma Tanna

Karishma is an inspiration to those girls who are trying to make it big on-screen. Although she's a big-time foodie at heart but she tries to maintain discipline at the same time. The Baal Veer star revealed in an interview once, "I don't stuff myself at breakfast and prefer to have a glass of milk and fruit for breakfast. I prefer a home-made vegetarian lunch otherwise."
